Job Title: Administrator

Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm (37.5 hours)
Location: Warwick, this role is office based
Salary: Circa £28,000 per annum

Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their accomplished and friendly team in Warwick. The successful candidate will have proven experience as an administrator and will have the confidence to liaise with customers, raise invoices and process orders. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their administrative career.
Duties include:
- Managing inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Providing reception coverage.
- Overseeing the sales process and protocols.
- Generating invoices.
- Supporting the Marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Accurately inputting data entry.
- Producing monthly reports when required.
- Performing various administrative tasks.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in an administrator role.
- Confident in liaising with customers, processing orders and raising invoices.
- Experience with SAP would be beneficial, however training will be given.
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritise.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to anticipate needs and work on own initiative.
- A team player who is happy to contribute to a small team.
