Hours: Full time, 35 hours, Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm
Location: Henley-in-Arden with hybrid working

As the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of clients and advisers, you will play a vital role in managing the client journey, coordinating review meetings, maintaining regular communication and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, care and attention to detail.

What you will be doing

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for a dedicated group of clients and advisers.
  • Building strong relationships and delivering a consistently high level of client service.
  • Managing the client review process from scheduling through to completion.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing review packs and gathering information from providers and third parties.
  • Handling client queries and taking ownership through to resolution.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients and ensuring they are kept informed at every stage.
  • Managing multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines and service standards are achieved.
  • Accurately recording client interactions and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Working closely with advisers, operations teams and other departments to ensure seamless client outcomes.
  • Supporting client engagement initiatives, events and service improvement projects.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in a client-focused, coordination or administration role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
  • A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding client experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence building relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and follow tasks through to completion.
  • A proactive and positive approach with a willingness to take ownership.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience within financial services or financial planning would be advantageous but is not essential.
