Job Title: Temporary Senior Administrator
Contract: Temporary (for approximately 2 months)
Anticipated Start Date: Week commencing 30th June
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week) Flexible start/finish times: 8:30am–4:00pm, 9:00am–4:30pm, or 9:30am–5:00pm

Salary: £16.73 per hour (including holiday pay)
We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative experience who is confident managing a busy inbox, scheduling meetings, and communicating professionally across teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams is essential, as these tools are used daily for calendar management, internal communication, and collaborative work. You will also support the planning and delivery of graduation events, including tasks such as collating data and creating mail merges for certificates, requiring excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Duties include:
- Deliver seamless front-line support by handling a wide range of incoming queries from colleagues, clients, and external partners, resolving issues efficiently or signposting where appropriate.
- Manage day-to-day admin tasks like tracking attendance and collecting document approvals.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports using internal systems, interpreting data to support decision-making and track ongoing activities.
- Play a key role in planning and delivering a range of events and projects, ensuring all logistics are managed smoothly and communication remains consistent throughout.
- Prepare documents for meetings and keep track of follow-up actions.
- Ensure consistent, effective communication across departments and stakeholders, maintaining clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Help improve processes by reviewing how things are done and sharing ideas with the team.
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Clear and confident communicator, experienced in supporting teams and responding to diverse enquiries.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling confidential information and preparing documents.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning new software quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying flexible in a fast-changing environment.
