Job Title: Office & Data Administrator
Hours: Full time
Salary: £20,000 – £21,000
Working on behalf of a prestigious client based in Shirley, we are currently recruiting for an Office & Data Administrator to work as part of their team.This role involves working with a complex database alongside general administration and working to tight deadlines.
*Preparing and collating data.
*Using in house databases to input information and collate material when requested.
*Assist in the general administration of the team (post, room booking)
*Prepare reports, correspondence and other relevant documentation
*Manipulating data to provide effective and accurate reporting.
*Scanning, filing & Photocopying documentation
*Supporting Managers as when required with general typing and taking of messages
Key Skills/Experience Required:
*A keen interest in all aspects of Excel.
*Experience of working of multiple databases at one given time.
*Experience of working in a busy office environment.
*Comfortable working to tight deadlines on a daily basis.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Able to handle varied amounts of data, paying strong attention to detail.
*A team player, with a calm and organised approach.
