Job Title: Executive Assistant


Salary:£25,000 to £32,500



An established and successful company based in Solihull is seeking a professional PA to provide extensive support to the Director and the management team.

This is a varied and key role within the business that requires a calm and professional character used to working in a busy work environment. This is a traditional PA role that requires someone with outstanding organisational skills and good attention to detail.

Key Duties:

*Provide full PA support to the Managing Director to include screening their calls and e mails, diary management and producing correspondence.
*Meeting organisation to include preparing agendas, minute taking and sending out actions/minutes.
*Extensive client liaison and hospitality for their large and loyal client base. This will include organising hospitality events and meetings.
*Full administrative and office duties – ensuring systems are fully updated and assist in all areas of administration to ensure the smooth running of the office and business.
*Attend meetings to take minutes/actions.
*Undertake background research and sourcing information from internal and external stakeholders.
*Create PowerPoint presentations for use with internal and external audiences.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

*Experience of working in a similar traditional PA role.
*Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.
*Able to work well under pressure.
*Excellent telephone manner.
*Multi-tasking skills.
*The ability to work with different personalities whilst remaining calm.
*Ability to work using own initiative and be capable of organising, prioritising and completing workloads within set time-frame
*Relates well to people at all levels.
