Job Title:Facilities Project Manager

Contract:Permanent

Hours:Full-time Monday to Friday

Location:Solihull

Salary:£35K – £40K (dependent on experience)

Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join the groups Property Team. The purpose of the role is to support the successful achievement of property and facility objectives by planning and managing the projects through to completion.

Duties include:

*Successful planning and delivering of projects from implantation through to completion
*Forecasting and budgeting management
*Responsible for overseeing risk management
*Contract management
*Facilities operations
*Creating and presenting reports to stakeholders

Skills and experience required:

*Previous experience of project management with relevant qualifications
*Excellent communication and presenting skills
*Experience of liaising with internal and external clients via telephone, email and face to face
*Pro-active
*Strong decision-making skills
*Highly organised and efficient
*Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritising workloads
