Job Title:Purchase Ledger Administrator


Hours:Full-time – 08:00-16:00 (or similar)


Salary:£18,000 – £22,000 (dependent on experience)

Our client is a well-established company based in Tyseley who are currently looking to recruit a full-time Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their existing accounts team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with previous experience in an Accounts role and excellent accuracy skills who is looking to join a fantastic organisation and team.

Duties include:

*Processing invoices and releasing them in preparation for payment
*Liaising with suppliers in order to resolve queries
*Ensuring the correct paperwork is received to meet VAT rules and regulations
*Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements to meet deadlines
*Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details
*Ensuring all files are maintained in line with current procedures
*Working to monthly deadlines
*All other duties to support the department

Skills and experience required:

*Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts role
*Excellent IT skills
*Strong communication skills both written and verbal
*A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Excellent organisational skills
*Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
*Meticulous and methodical
