Job Title: Office Administrator

Contract: Permanent full-time

Salary: £18K – £20K (dependent on experience)

Location: Warwickshire

Working on behalf of an established and successful Investment company we are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator.

Duties include:

*Provide administrative support to the team
*Work closely with the facilities team
*Respond to enquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders by email and telephone
*Updating the internal systems
*Any ad hoc duties to support the business as required

Skills and experience required:

*Previous administration experience ideally in a funding or banking environment
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Strong organisation skills
*Attention to detail
*Highly professional and confidential
*Strong IT skills
*Ability to use initiative
*Full UK driving licence
