Job Title: HR Senior Advisor
Contract: 12 Month FTC
Location: Nr Solihull
Hours: Part time 22.5 hours
Pay rate: £16.00 per hour plus excellent benefits

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Senior Advisor to support and drive the delivery of a professional and effective HR service. The role will involve working across various locations in the Solihull area.

Key Duties:
*Managing employee relations including supporting employee life cycle events, ensuring compliance with process, leading investigations and providing relevant coaching and support to operational leaders on the accurate application of HR best practice, policy and procedure.
*Developing policy, procedures and operational toolkits to be deployed within the HR team or across the operational business.
*You will support and often lead HR projects including learning and development enhancements, terms and conditions transitions, business change, reward schemes and development coaching.
*You will support the overall success of the team, supporting the HR Team Leader with recruitment and employee lifecycle events, ensuring key HR Performance metrics are achieved.
*Supporting the Business Manager to meet HR and Business objectives and will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements, operational improvements and workforce development.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

*CIPD level 7 or equivalent demonstrable experience
*Line Management / Team Leadership experience
*Comprehensive Employee Relations experience is essential
*Excellent IT skills to ensure data accuracy and to complete information analytics for essential reporting
*Line Management / Team Leadership experience
*Providing business advice and guidance on complex HR situations
*Utilising HR Data Analytics to drive operational improvement
