Job Title: Receptionist

Salary: £18,000 -£20,000

Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client. A successful growing company looking for an experienced customer focused Receptionist, to provide a first-class service to the business. This is a superb opportunity for someone who is well presented with excellent communication skills.

Key Duties:

Meet and greet visitors
Responsible for the smooth running and appearance of the reception area
Answer all incoming calls and filter appropriately
General administrative duties, including typing, filing and photocopying
Coordinate meeting rooms, to include bookings, set-up and catering and refreshments
To have a keen interest in delivering excellent customer service

Key Skills/Experience Required:

Previous experience of working within a receptionist role
Well presented, friendly and articulate
Proficient IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Organised, detail oriented and accurate
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive and helpful; able to work as part of a team
Customer service driven
