Job Title:Fleet Administrator

Contact:Permanent

Hours:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location:Solihull

Salary:£18K – £20K (dependent on experience) + excellent benefits

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to work as part of an established team at their stunning offices near Solihull.

Duties include:

*To act as the first point of contact for all vehicle enquiries, quotations and sales
*Communication via email and inbound/outbound telephone calls
*Daily communication with franchise car dealerships and customers
*Planning and managing of vehicle orders, from preparation to delivery
*Working daily with internal IT systems
*Producing regular management reports
*All administrative duties to support the role
*General ad hoc office duties as required

Skills and experience required:

*Strong administration skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy levels
*Good IT skills
*Strong numeracy skills
*Organised and methodical
*Ability to work well under pressure
