Job Title: IFA Administrator
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Circa £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 17:00 (1hr lunch break)
Friday 08:30 – 16:00 (30-minute lunch break)
Location: Henley-in-Arden with hybrid working

What you’ll be doing:
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers across investments, pensions, protection, and tax planning.
• Managing client queries with professionalism and care.
• Liaising with product providers and third parties to obtain accurate information.
• Preparing documentation, reports, and client review packs.
• Maintaining meticulous client records in line with FCA compliance and company policies.
• Ensuring processes run smoothly, even during busy periods or staff absence.

What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience working as an IFA Administrator or within a financial planning practice is essential.
• Strong understanding of investments, pensions, and protection products.
• Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (experience with Intelliflo is an advantage, but training can be provided).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• A genuine team player who enjoys contributing to a positive and collaborative working culture.
