Job Title: Purchase and Sales Ledger Clerk
Contract: Temporary minimum 6 months
Location: Shirley Solihull
Hourly rate:£10 -11.25 per hour depending on experience

Description:
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Purchase and Sales Ledger Clerk, to support on a temporary 6 month basis. This role will require a minimum 6 month commitment from the temporary worker, as it’s a project related role. The project goes live in January 2021 so they need support before, during and after the project live date. This is a full time role working 8am until 4.30pm. The start date is expected to be during week commencing 21st September 2020.

Key Duties include:
*Daily processing of bank reconciliations
*Support with closing month end procedures
*Support with monthly supplier statement reconciliations
*Responsible for both sales and purchase ledger
*Daily use of Microsoft Excel using Vlookups, pivot tables and macros
*Maintain and input accurate data from JDE into Netsuite

Key Skills and Experience:
*Excellent communication skills.
*Experience in using Netsuite is very desirable
*Experience in using Microsoft Excel to an advanced level using vlookups, pivot tables and macros
*Proven work experience in both sales and purchase ledger is essential as they need someone with strong all round accounts skills.
*Ability to accurately process data whilst working in a fast paced environment is essential.

Due to the location of the offices it would be advantageous to be a driver.
