Job Title: Senior Contracts Administrator
Hours: Part time flexible
Location: Outskirts of Birmingham B31
Hourly rate: £25,000 pro rota

A growing and established business are looking to recruit on a flexible part time basis for an experienced and organised Contracts Manager.

Key Duties include:
*Responsible for management of facilities dealing with suppliers, liaising with landlords to agree and monitor lease agreements, arrange planned and reactive maintenance, manage health and safety procedures onsite
*Support with the management team with plans for a potential office move in 2021
*Act as first point of contact for all health and safety matters, policies and provision of procedures onsite
*Organise health and safety training and provide PPE as required for employees
*Manage company car agreements. Liaise with leasing companies, track and monitor renewal date and ensure competitive business saving
*Manage company car fleet relating to planned and reactive issues. Handle the process from start to finish for ordering, delivery and collection of company cars
*Organise hire cars as required for employees and responsible for managing the process from start to finish
*Act as a business contact for suppliers relating to phones, company mobiles and IT
*Manage supplier relations, keep track of all business contracts and accurate record keeping
*Handling business insurance to include company cars and employees
*Adhoc project support for the Directors as required

Key Skills and Experience:
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Proven experience in a contracts, supplier, FM or health and safety position previously advantageous
*Proven work history to demonstrate efficiency and strong organisational skills
*Ability to manage challenging personalities and suppliers
*Confident, proactive and personable manner
