Job Title: Scheduler / Administrator

Salary: £10.25 per hour

Contract: Minimum 6 months

Hours: 20 hours a week ideally mornings (4 hours daily Monday to Thursday and 3 hours Friday)

Location: Coventry


Working on behalf of a dynamic global organisation with prestigious modern premises in Coventry. The primary focus of the role will be to schedule a team of engineers. This role is initially 6 months temporary cover but could lead to a long-term contract for the right candidate.

Key Duties:

* Responsible for scheduling a team of 10 engineers daily for planned activities
* Plan training schedules for engineers to attend site and train customers
* Acting as a first point of contact into the department handling calls and logging issues
* Responding to customer queries and complaints in a professional nature
* General administrative duties to support the team

Key Skills/Experience Required:

* Excellent telephone skills
* Administrative experience in an office environment
* Excellent IT skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Strong team player
* Strong organisational and diary management skills
