Job Title:          Executive Administrator

Contract:          Permanent

Hours:                Full Time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours – flexibility on start and finish times.

Location:          Solihull

Salary:               £25,000 – £30,000 per annum dependant on experience

Benefits:          25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, free parking, company pension, discretionary annual bonus.

We are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for an exciting opportunity within a well-established and successful family-run business based in Solihull. Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This varied and rewarding role offers the chance to become a key part of a close-knit team, providing vital administrative support across both the project and accounts departments, whilst also delivering dedicated PA support to the company directors.

Duties include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Preparing and issuing tender documents accurately and within set deadlines.
  • Providing proactive PA support to company directors.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for project managers across multiple sites.
  • Assisting the accounts team with invoice generation and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Property management administration tasks, including tenant move-ins, move-outs, and related documentation.
  • Maintaining internal systems and regularly updating external online portals.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Handling general ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider business.

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within the construction or property industry.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) is essential
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Confident, professional, and proactive in approach.
  • Happy working in a small friendly office with some lone working.
