Job Title: Digital Merchandising Coordinator
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum plus bonuses
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Near Shirley with hybrid working – 3 days office/2 days home

The Role – Key Responsibilities
As the Digital Merchandising Co-ordinator, you will support online merchandising activity and ensure digital product content is accurate, consistent and optimised. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating online product information (descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, data sheets).
- Ensuring digital content reflects brand tone and delivers a high-quality user experience.
- Managing product categories, hierarchies, and navigation to support easy online discovery.
- Assisting with SEO-friendly product copy and long-form category/landing page content.
- Working collaboratively with marketing, commercial and internal teams to align digital content with business objectives.
- Supporting promotional activity, online campaigns, product launches and digital updates.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to refresh product data and maintain accuracy.
- Helping shape structure and processes within the merchandising function as the team expands.
- Taking on varied marketing support tasks based on business needs — ideal for someone keen to broaden their skills.
About You
