Job Title: Client Experience Host

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Location: Solihull

Salary: £30,279 per annum

Benefits: 26 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, parking, pension, uniform provided

We are working exclusively with our client to recruit for an exceptional opportunity! We are looking for a Client Experience Host to join a leading global organisation with a rich heritage and renowned for delivering premium products. This role is perfect for someone with a background in acting, performance, or entertainment, someone who can engage and entertain an audience, project their voice confidently, and bring a script to life with their own unique flair. You will be hosting VIP clients, delivering immersive tours, and creating unforgettable experiences in a dynamic, high-profile environment.

Please note, full training and guidance will be given for the successful candidate to thrive in this role with a 12 week training programme.

Duties include:

  • Deliver engaging, entertaining, and premium brand tours for guests.
  • Host personal and group tours tailored to guest expectations.
  • Understand and qualify guest requirements prior to each tour.
  • Provide clear and accurate safety instructions throughout the experience.
  • Share educational insights and confidently answer guest questions.
  • Use storytelling to add depth and entertainment to the experience.
  • Maintain control of tour groups while following prescribed routes and guidelines.
  • Uphold professional standards in behaviour and appearance.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams.
  • Host VIP guests and deliver exceptional service during high-profile visits.
  • Assist with venue setup for events and tour groups.
  • Support the maintenance of tour-related equipment and props, including headsets, PPE, and display assets.

Skills and experience required:

  • Genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences; previous experience in a similar environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to support cross-functional teams and act as a trusted source of knowledge.
  • High levels of enthusiasm, drive, and confidence to achieve goals.
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
  • Multilingual skills would be a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to engage, entertain, and inform diverse audiences with confidence and creativity.
  • Work full-time with flexibility for occasional weekends and unsociable hours.

Must be 25 years & over, hold a full driving license and have done so for the last twelve months, have not been convicted of any offence involving dangerous driving, know of no circumstances which would disqualify one from driving, nor suffering from any physical and, or, mental condition which would restrict or impair ones alertness or driving ability.
