Job Title: Administrator
Salary: £18,000 – £21,000 (dependent on experience)
Our client is an award-winning business who are looking to recruit a full-time Administrator to provide support to their UK customer base.
Previous experience in an administrative environment would be highly beneficial to the role to ensure you can ‘hit the ground running’.
* Raising invoices for services completed using bespoke customer portals
* Close down service jobs once completed
* Handle incoming queries by telephone and email
* Maintain and update the in-house records system
* Responding to renewal quotes
* All other ad hoc administration as required
Skills and experience required:
* Previous experience in an administrative environment
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong IT skills – all MS Word packages
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise an ever-changing workload
* Excellent organisation skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy skills
