Fees & Guarantees
Our fees are competitive and transparent. For permanent placements, we charge a percentage of the candidate's total remuneration, only payable upon successful placement. For temporary staff, we charge an hourly rate that covers the candidate's pay, employer costs, and our service fee. Contact us for a tailored quote based on your requirements.
Yes, we offer a rebate guarantee on all permanent placements. If a candidate leaves within a specified period, we'll either find a replacement at no additional cost or provide a partial refund. Temporary Staff
Absolutely! This is a popular option for many of our clients. After a qualifying period, you can convert a temporary worker to a permanent member of your team. This "try before you buy" approach reduces hiring risk and allows both parties to ensure it's the right fit. We can discuss the terms and any transfer fees upfront.
