Job Title: Administrator

Hours: Part Time, 2/3 days per week, 9am to 5pm with 30-minute lunch
Location: Southam
Salary: £14.50 per hour, plus £1.75 per hour holiday pay. Total pay £16.25 per hour.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Administrator to join our client based in Southam. This is a temporary role covering until 19th December, with the possibility of becoming permanent. Our client offers hybrid working after initial training, with the initial training being office based. The successful candidate will provide administrative support across payroll and expenses, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Duties include:
- Supporting the administration side of payroll and expenses.
- Inputting and processing payroll data accurately.
- Maintaining payroll records and filing as required.
- Assisting with expenses processing and reconciliation.
- Providing general administrative support to the finance team.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to work accurately with figures.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently after training.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A professional, friendly, and reliable approach.
- Previous payroll/finance administration experience desirable.
