Your use of the tirebuck.co.uk and allocate-recruitment.co.uk websites is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Where Tirebuck Recruitment or Allocate Recruitment introduces either by mail, telephone or email, any candidate for an assignment
or employment, the introduction is subject to our Standard Terms of Business as agreed with each client upon registration.
Please note that these terms are in addition to and not in substitution for our agreed Terms of Business.
Tirebuck Recruitment and Allocate Recruitment are trading names of KT Recruitment Ltd.
Use of tirebuck.co.uk and allocate-recruitment.co.uk
KT Recruitment Ltd (“Tirebuck”, “Allocate”, “we”) provides you access to tirebuck.co.uk and allocate-recruitment.co.uk (the “Sites”)
to help in every stage of the recruitment process. You may only use the Sites for lawful purposes when seeking employment and
career advice or when recruiting staff.
You will not transmit to the Sites inaccurate, incomplete or false information (including in the case of candidates,
biographical information about yourself and/or information about your ability to work in the United Kingdom); nor will you post or
transmit on the Sites any libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
You confirm that you will not post or transmit on the Sites any material which contains any virus or other disabling devices which
may interfere with the operation of the Sites; or which alters or deletes any information which you have no authority to alter
or delete; or which overloads the Sites by spamming or flooding.
Candidates Registering Online
You understand and consent that in order to facilitate the recruitment process on your behalf, we may forward your details to
clients at our sole discretion (although your permission will always be sought before details are sent). We do not undertake to
act on your behalf simply because you have registered and reserve the right to reject your application if we feel
we are unable to assist you.
Privacy Policy
KT Recruitment Ltd is registered as a data controller in the United Kingdom for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998.
We ensure that the data you supply to us is processed fairly and lawfully, with skill and care.
We take our responsibilities in respect of your personal data very seriously.
As this Privacy Policy governs our processing of all personal data provided to us via the tirebuck.co.uk and
allocate-recruitment.co.uk websites, you are asked to please read it carefully. If you do not agree to our processing of your
data in the manner outlined below, please do not submit any personal data to us.
We will collect your personal data in order to facilitate the recruitment process. This data will include the information
you supply to us on your CV (which would include, for example, name, address and qualifications). You consent to us using the
information provided by you (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) in order to facilitate the recruitment
process on your behalf and in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
We only allow access to your personal data to our staff and any prospective employers or clients for the purposes outlined above.
We will also disclose your personal data if we believe in good faith that we are required by law to disclose it in connection with the
detection of crime, the collection of taxes or duties, in order to comply with any applicable law, by order of a court of competent
jurisdiction, or in connection with legal proceedings.
We are required by law to hold your personal data for as long as is necessary to comply with our statutory and contractual
obligations and in accordance with our legitimate interests as a data controller. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure
that your personal data is maintained and up to date. However, you are under a duty to inform us of any and all changes to your
personal data to ensure that it is up to date and we will update or delete your personal data accordingly. To find out what
personal data we hold on you or to have your personal data updated, amended or removed from our database, please email us at
careers@tirebuck.co.uk. If we have no contact with you then following the expiry
of a reasonable period as we consider appropriate we will archive for file or may delete it.
We also collect information about the way visitors use the Sites in order to improve our services.
We do not use information gained in this way in a way that any individual can be identified, and only use it to understand
our users better, and to determine aggregate trends, most popular pages, etc, for all the Sites users. We may share this kind
of aggregate data with selected third parties to assist with these purposes.
We will not send you unsolicited commercial communications or contact you for direct marketing purposes unless you have
indicated that you are happy for us to do so. However, we will contact you where required for the proper performance
of our obligations.
Links to other websites
On the Sites you are offered links to other websites that we hope will be of interest to you. We do not accept any liability
for or liability in respect of the content of those sites, the owners of which may not necessarily have any connection with us.
Security and passwords
When you register with the Sites and login, you will need to use your Tirebuck username (your chosen email address) and password.
You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of the password, which should be kept confidential at all times.
If you believe your account has been compromised you must notify us immediately.
Intellectual Property Rights
All information and images on the Sites are the © of KT Recruitment Ltd. You may not download, copy or print any of the pages
except for your own personal use.
Termination
We may at our complete discretion deny you access to the Sites indefinitely, and without explanation.
Liability and Disclaimer
All information contained on the Sites is provided in good faith and we take reasonable steps to ensure its accuracy.
However, KT Recruitment gives no representation or warranty in respect of such information. We accept no liability for
any loss (whether direct or indirect, for loss of business, revenue or profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of
data or for any other indirect or consequential loss whatsoever) arising from your use of the Sites and we hereby exclude
any such liability.
You fully agree to indemnify us and keep us fully indemnified against all costs, expenses, claims, losses, liabilities or
proceedings arising from use or misuse by you of the Sites.
Your use of the Sites, and the operation of these terms and conditions, shall be governed in accordance with the laws of
England and Wales. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of the use of the websites.
