Job Title: Account Manager

Hours: Monday – Friday Full Time

Contract: Permanent

Location: Bickenhill Nr Solihull

Salary: £22,000 OTE £30,000 per annum plus excellent benefits

Our client is currently recruiting for an Account Manager to manage both inbound and outbound calls, to promote products with a high level of professionalism. The successful candidate will be able to build excellent rapport with customers and guide them through the process. You will be able to manage customers expectations to ensure the customers positive experience.

Duties include:

  • Achieve personal targets and contribute to team targets set by the client
  • To manage both inbound and outbound calls
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service in a confident and professional manner
  • To handle objections in a constructive manner
  • To maximise sales opportunities through cross and up selling additional products and services, received through the various sales channels, in lines with sales and service targets
  • To support the Sales Advisors in the processing of sales orders and associated administration and problem resolution as required, within agreed service levels and quality standards
  • To advise customers on various products to ensure the correct one is selected to suit the customers needs
  • To update customer details accurately and effectively on an in-house system
  • To work with the departmental management team to research and develop effective campaigns for proactive sales and lead generation
  • To contribute ideas to the team in order to improve systems
