Job Title: Receptionist
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
Location: Redditch
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Benefits: 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, free parking, employee service awards, assistance programs and pension contribution.

Our client based in Redditch is looking to recruit a Receptionist to be able to provide front of house and administrative support. The ideal candidate will ideally have an administration background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Duties include:

* Responsible for answering all incoming phone calls, directing and taking messages.
* Meeting and greeting all visitors and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
* Dealing with general office supplies, keeping on top of orders and collections.
* Postal duties.
* Assisting with preparation for projects.
* Various ad hoc administrative duties.

Skills and experience required:
* Computer literate and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Previous experience in a Receptionist, Administrative or Customer Service based role.
* Planning and good organisation skills.
* Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Reliable with excellent time management.
* Excellent telephone and professional communication skills.
* Familiar with GDPR.
