Job Title: Receptionist
Contract: Permanent, part time
Hours: 32 hours, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – 8:30am until 5.30pm
Location: Nr Solihull
Hourly rate: £10.85 per hour
Description:
An established global business near Solihull is looking to recruit an organised and well-presented individual to work on their corporate Reception.
Key Duties include:
- Handling incoming calls into the business in a professional manner and transferring calls internally
- Taking effective messages for departments and managers
- Meeting and greeting visitors in the office
- Handling deliveries and post into the business
- Booking travel and accommodation for employees and management
- Managing couriers for outgoing parcels
- Order office stationery and supplies
- Administration support as required by the business
Key Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Positive, flexible approach
- Proven experience in Reception
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Competent to intermediate level all MS Office packages
