Job Title: Administration Executive
Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, free onsite parking
Our client is a forward-thinking and growing business with modern offices based in Henley-in-Arden. They are currently looking to recruit an Administration Executive who will provide support to their customers and the wider operation.
- General administration support to the operations and rental teams within the business
- Ensure all work received is recorded and actioned efficiently
- Supporting the team with vehicle logistics including inputting data
- Processing administration for fines and damages
- Invoice validation and processing
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in Rental/Leasing or Fleet industry would be desirable
- Strong IT skills to include Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy skills
