Job Title: Training Manager

Salary: Up to £35K depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours flexible hybrid model working including European travel

Location: Nr Solihull


Working on behalf of an established client based near Solihull, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Training Manager to be responsible for expanding and developing their existing training modules. The successful candidate will be customer focused with an outgoing and enthusiastic personality and with strong communication skills. This role will include business travel to Europe when training delivery is required.

Key Duties:

  • Implement a structured and consistent best practice training approach for all areas of the business
  • Create user friendly training modules
  • Identify training needs from internal sources
  • Create strong internal collaboration in order to work alongside multiple departments
  • Deliver training modules for individuals and groups remote and onsite in UK and Europe
  • Create new product training material
  • Develop and maintain onboarding training programs

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a Training Manager role
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Self-starter with a passion for training and a desire to improve training
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Customer focused
  • Experience of using inhouse and external training packages
