Job Title: Client Services Administrator

Hours: Full time 35 hours (9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday)
Location: Near Coventry
Salary: £20,000 – £26,000

Working on behalf of a professional and established organisation based near Coventry, we are currently recruiting for a Client Services Administrator. This role is to establish relationships and add value to the experience of clients and suppliers to the business.
Duties include:
- Act as a first point of contact for existing clients and suppliers, ability to build relationships
- Maintain the company CRM system ensuring accurate records are keep
- Proactively upsell products and services
- Assist with enquires, via telephone and email
- Provide administrative support to the team
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a telesales role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Self-motivated and proactive
