Job Title: Part Time Receptionist
Contract: Temporary – Permanent part time – (1.30-5.30pm Monday – Friday)
Salary: £9.00 – £10.00 per hour
We have an excellent opportunity for a well presented, enthusiastic and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join a professional and successful company based in Knowle. This is a temporary – permanent part time opportunity. 1.30pm – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday.
* Meet and greet visitors; arrange refreshments.
* Answer all incoming calls and filter appropriately.
* Manage incoming and outgoing post.
* Manage meeting room diaries; set up and clear down meeting rooms.
* General administrative duties, including filing, as required.
Key skills and experience:
* Well presented, friendly and articulate; a good communicator.
* Proficient IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
* Organised, detail oriented and accurate.
* Proactive and helpful; able to work as part of a team.
