Job Title: Project Administrator

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time/Part time

Salary: £22 – 25K

Location: Leamington Spa

Our client is a family run business who are looking to appoint an efficient and organised Project Administrator to support the current growth and development of the business.

Working on multiple projects simultaneously, you will be an integral part of team’s success and will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating ongoing projects.

This is a challenging and exciting role that would suit somebody with excellent attention to detail, strong administration skills alongside the ability to form relationships with people at all levels in a fast moving and deadline-driven environment.

Key duties will include:

-Support the project manager in administrative duties and processes

-Schedule meetings and type up any minutes

-Prepare and distribute project materials

-Implement policies and procedures

-Order resources

-Track expenses and work on budget forecast

-Alert the project manager to issues as they arise

-Report on team and project performance

-Act as point of contact for project team and facilitate communications

-Calculate project metrics, such as quality, costs, health, etc.

-Assisting sales and delivery team with general support

Key Skills/Experience required:

-Excellent administration and organisational skills gained within a busy project environment including time management

-Excellent IT skills in Microsoft (excel, word etc), some experience with sites such as Monday.com or other project dashboard software would be beneficial but not necessary.

-An understanding of the construction industry, as would a knowledge of building materials and/or the ability to understand technical drawings

-Experience managing large budget projects

-Attention to detail to monitor and control project variables

-Good communication skills to coordinate with team members to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget

-Acting as a key point of contact throughout the process resolving queries and providing support
