Job Title: Customer Service Co-ordinator
Salary:£10.00 per hour
Contract:Temporary – 3 months
Hours: 8.30am – 4.30pm
Our client, a large successful organisation based on the outskirts of Warwick, are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their hugely successful company on a temporary basis.
Key duties will include:
*Working within the finance services department, building a strong working relationship with customers, answering calls, assisting with queries.
*Calling clients confirming and arranging payments.
*Complete administrative tasks associated with calls.
*Update and maintain the database.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
*A customer service focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
*Clear written & verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
