Description:

Our client is currently recruiting for a temporary Payroll Administrator to provide accurate payroll for the business in a timely manner. Looking for an immediate start and reviewed on a monthly basis.

Key Duties:

*Process all Payroll changes weekly and monthly including: deductions, advances.
*Accurately update employees details.
*Process BACS recalls, rejections and reversals.
*Ensure that all processing produces appropriate audit trails.
*Excellent communication skills – ensure that e-mails and phone calls are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
*Work closely when required to other teams and departments.

Key Skills and Experience:

*Solid knowledge and experience of payroll accounting and processing
Provide an efficient payroll service to customers ensuring accurate and timely payment.
*Good IT skills – advanced Excel, with particular emphasis on payroll systems – Sage knowledge is essential
*Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player with the ability to switch between the Processing and Customer Service teams if required.
*Ability to prioritise and adapt to cope under significant pressure.
*Proactive, self-motivated, organised and diligent with an attention to detail
