Job Title:Data Analyst
Hours:24 hours per week over 4 days (Full-time will be considered for the right candidate)
Location:Outskirts of Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary:£25,000 – £30,000 pro rata (salary dependent on experience)
Our client is based on the outskirts of Stratford-upon-Avon and is looking to recruit a Data Analyst to support the smart metering software systems. Full training will be given.
This is a part-time role working 24 hours per week over 4 days however, full-time hours will be considered for the right candidate. Due to the location of the business a car driver is essential.
*Loading, updating, checking and analysing data
*Creating and applying meter configuration and checking that meters have been updated correctly
*Answering incoming calls across the business and supporting where necessary
*Investigating and resolving customer issues via email
*Chasing customers for responses
*Exporting reports and creating bespoke reports for customers
*Using Excel spreadsheets to investigate data anomalies, tracking issues and administration purposes
Skills and experience required:
*Previous experience of using MS Excel to manipulate data to include VLOOKUP and pivot tables
*Strong numeracy skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Good problem-solving skills
