Job Title: Office Administrator

Contract: Permanent – to start ASAP

Hours: 08:45 – 17:00 – Monday to Thursday and 08:45 – 16:00 on Friday (45 min break)

Location: Henley-in-Arden

Salary: £15,000 per annum + quarterly performance bonus of up to £225

Our client is looking to recruit a Telesales Office Administrator to join their fast paced, lively office to assist the sales team with general office and administrative duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work in an office-based role, who can demonstrate strong IT skills and is keen to learn new skills.

Duties include:

*Excel based stock reporting
*Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with customer queries
*Data entry
*General Sales office administration to include website product updating, product set up and Amazon
*Any other ad hoc office duties as required

Skills and experience required:

* Strong IT skills to include MS Word and Excel
* A ‘can do’ attitude
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to use initiative
* To think on your feet and work efficiently under pressure
* Educated to A-level or Degree level
