Job Title:Sales Administrator
Hours: Full time
Salary: £14,000 – £16,000 per annum
Location: Shirley, Solihull
Our client, a market leader within their industry are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their successful organisation.

” Provide a professional customer service to all clients and customers, assisting with enquiries and queries.
” Take orders over the phone and input onto the system.
” Check and respond to e-mails.
” Process renewals and amend information on the system.
” Full administrative support to the department – filing, scanning, postal duties etc.
” Client support – take payments, answer order enquiries etc
” Update and maintain the department’s database.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
” Minimum 5 GCSE’s.
” Good IT skills including all Microsoft packages and databases.
” Excellent communication skills.
” Remain calm under pressure with a can-do attitude.
” Immaculately presented
