Job Title:Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant
Contract:Permanent – Full-time
Salary:£14K-£20K (dependent on experience) + commission package
A successful IT Recruitment Agency based on the outskirts of Solihull is looking to recruit a Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant to join their existing close-knit team. The successful candidate will be looking for a challenging opportunity in a position which offers training, career progression and job satisfaction!
This will be a rewarding position for the right candidate, however hard work, persistence and drive will be key to the role. In return you will be backed with an excellent training regime, supportive colleagues and an impressive earning potential.
Duties will include:
*Speaking to candidates and clients daily via email and telephone
*Sourcing relevantly skilled candidates using job boards, databases and other online sources
*Using initiative to identify potential companies that are recruiting and pitch your candidates to them
*All other ad hoc duties, full training will be provided
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong and professional relationships
*A highly enthusiastic team player
*Ability to work under pressure
*To be able to influence and motivate others
*Self-motivated and highly driven
*Tenacious and willing to go the extra mile
