Job Title:Accounts Administrator


Location:Outskirts of Stratford upon Avon

Contract:Permanent/Full Time

Hours:7.30am – 4.30pm Mon – Thursday
7.30am – 1.00pm Friday

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join a successful, growing business based on the outskirts of Stratford upon Avon.

This is a varied and central role that requires someone with experience working in a busy accounts function, with strong communication skills and customer focus. Working for a stable and friendly company, you will have the opportunity to develop the role. You must be a car driver due to the location.

Your duties as Accounts Administrator will include:

*Credit Control
*Input Sales and Purchase Invoices
*Input Cash Received and Paid
*Reconciliation of Purchase Ledger accounts
*Expense analysis
*Bank reconciliation
*General administrative tasks as required

The ideal Accounts Assistant will have the following skills and experiences:

*Experience of working in an administrative role within an accounts department.
*Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
*Computer literate in MS Office, other accounting packages would be an advantage.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi task.
*Quick and accurate data input skills.
*Team player with a flexible working approach.
