Job Title: Account Manager
Salary:£21,000 – £23,000
Location:Shirley – Solihull
Our client, a successful and fast growing company based on the outskirts of Solihull are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to be responsible for managing the key requirements of existing and new clients.
As part of a growing team, this is a fantastic opportunity to co-ordinate and develop a role with responsibility for providing excellent customer service and support to existing and new clients, ensuring sales opportunities are maximised.
You will be a self-starter with the ability to work within a fast-paced ever-changing work environment. You must be a car driver/owner.
Key Duties include:
*Manage and develop all aspects of the relationship with your clients.
*Manage and respond to referrals /queries for your accounts, working to set guidelines and timescales.
*Build long-lasting relationships with your key contacts which may involve face to face meetings and extensive telephone and e-mail liaison.
*Providing excellent customer service to clients, responding to enquiries.
*Produce weekly update reports.
*Provide marketing support to clients to include reports, quotations and promotional material.
Key Skills and Experience:
*Client-facing with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
*Previous experience within an Account Management/Customer Service role.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Well-developed problem solving ability; using initiative with minimum supervision.
*Self-motivated; organised with good time management skills.
*A team player; supporting colleagues where appropriate.
