Job Title: Receptionist
Contract: Permanent part time – (8.30am – 1.00pm Mon-Fri. 22.5 per week)
Salary: £18,500 pro rata
Location: Birmingham Business Park
We have an excellent opportunity for a well presented, enthusiastic and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join a professional and successful company based on Birmingham Business Park. This is a part time job share role 8.30am – 1.00pm, Mon – Fri, with flexibility to cover afternoon shifts when required.
*Meet and greet visitors; arrange refreshments.
*Answer all incoming calls and filter appropriately.
*Manage incoming and outgoing post.
*Manage meeting room diaries; set up and clear down meeting rooms.
*General administrative duties, including typing, filing and photocopying.
*Organise travel arrangements for team members.
*Book couriers/taxis/catering when required.
Key skills and experience:
*Well presented, friendly and articulate; a good communicator.
*Proficient IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
*Organised, detail oriented and accurate.
*Proactive and helpful; able to work as part of a team.
*Happy to work mornings in a job share, with flexibility to cover afternoons when required.
