Job Title: Sales Co-ordinator (French Speaking)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time

Salary: £22,000 – £24,000

Location: Solihull


We are working with our client, a well-known prestigious company based near Solihull, to recruit a professional and customer focused Sales Co-ordinator who has fluency in both French and English.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are placed and managed according to company procedures and standards, acting as the main point of contact for customers, dealing with enquiries, and working as part of the sales support team.

*Receive a large volume of incoming phone calls, action these immediately.
*Process all mail, fax, email, telephone and web contact on the same day and ensure customers’ requirements are managed.
*Ensure that all processes and procedures are handled according to company guidelines.
*Ensure all credit notes are approved, raised and sent to customers.
*Manage the returns process with the overseas warehouse, ensuring stock levels are updated and correct on the system.
*Maintain customer pricelist and send out welcome letters to new customers.
*Strictly adhere to all verification and authorization procedures.
*Ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

*Experience of working in a busy office based customer service role is essential.
*Fluent in French.
*Excellent customer service skills including relationship management and complaint handling.
*Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office).
*Friendly and helpful; a team player.
