Job Title: Contract Support Manager

Contract:Permanent

Hours:Full time

Salary:£23,000 – £25,000

Location:Birmingham Business Park

Description:

Working on behalf of a successful and growing company we are currently recruiting for a Contract Support Manager to supervise a Contracts team of 4. The main purpose of the role is to provide guidance and advice to team members with a view to reduce a back log of outstanding invoices.

Key Duties:

*Plan and monitor workload and work flow within the department.
*Support, encourage and develop the team to enable them to meet agreed service standards.
*Collaborate with other Team Leaders within the Contracts department to ensure successful cross functional working.
*Spot trends and provide solutions.
*Act as the first point of contact for all escalated enquiries.
*Hold regular reviews on performance and quality of resolution for both calls and correspondence.
*Effectively manage the team’s holiday, sickness and overtime; assist with recruitment, selection and induction of employees.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

*The successful candidate will have excellent people management skills and proven experience of people management/supervision.
*Knowledge of the Facilities Management industry.
*Excellent customer and communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Able to demonstrate experience of dealing with difficult individuals, whilst remaining professional, tactful and calm.
*Excellent administrative skills; able to prioritise workload with pace and urgency.
*Proactive and able to use initiative; common sense approach to problem solving.
