Job Title: Administrator

Salary: £20,000 – £23,000

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time (7am-4pm)

Location: Stratford upon Avon

Our client, a successful established company based in Stratford upon Avon are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to assist their Commercial team.
This is a varied role providing full administrative/co-ordination support to the Commercial team and occasional cover within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

*Providing full administrative support to the Commercial team.
*Full administration of prices, orders and deliveries with suppliers.
*Issue Quality reports to suppliers.
*Work on daily procurement sheets – order updates, stock levels, analyse stock losses.
*Create and update consignments, stock management.
*Amend customer order forms when required.
*Generate daily reports: orders, arrival reports, sales figures.
*Taking incoming phone calls and dealing with them professionally and appropriately.
*Assist and cover for the Finance Administrator.
oProcess work orders
oRaise payment to suppliers
oReconcile supplier statements
*General administration support.
*Weekend cover is required 1 in 7 on a rota basis, working from home in the morning.

Skills / Experience:

*Previous experience in an administrative role.
*A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to communicate priorities and take initiative.
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
*A flexible attitude and team approach.
