Job Title: Contract Support Administrator
Hours: Full time
Location: Near Solihull
Working on behalf of a successful and growing company we are currently recruiting for Contract Support Administrators to work supporting the contracts team. The main purpose of the role is to reduce a back log of outstanding invoices.
*Invoicing any outstanding contracts
*Chasing for documentation to support outstanding invoices
*Invoicing customers for payment
*Matching purchase order numbers to outstanding invoices
*Raising credit notes as required
*Updating internal ERP system
Key Skills/Experience Required:
*Ability to accurately processing volumes of invoices
*Experience in invoicing / finance / accounts
*Experience of working in a fast paced environment
*Experience in using CAFM or in a facilities environment
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contract Invoice Administrator to work within a successful, busy team.
