Job Title: Administrator

Salary: £18,000 – £20,000

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time

Location: Stratford upon Avon

Our client, a successful established company based in Stratford upon Avon are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to assist their Finance and Commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

“Assist and cover for the Sales and Purchase Ledger Administrators.
“Raising invoices and credits, posting cash onto the ledger and reconcile bank statements.
“Process invoices, raise payments and resolve any queries.
“Support the Sales Order Administrator.
“Process orders, liaise with suppliers and update client accounts.
“Liaise with the external payroll agency.
“Stock management.
“Generate daily reports, enter sales figures.
“General administration support.
“Taking incoming phone calls and dealing with them professionally and appropriately.

Skills / Experience:

“Previous experience in an administrative role.
“A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
“Ability to communicate priorities and take initiative.
“Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
“A flexible attitude and team approach.
