Job Title: HR Administrator
Hours: Full time 8 – 4pm
Pay rate: £10.50
A successful organisation based on the outskirts of Birmingham city centre is seeking a confident HR Administrator with experience working within a HR department to provide an efficient and professional service within the organisation. This is an immediate start temporary role for a minimum of 4 weeks commitment required.
“Preparing HR documentation including contracts of employments, disciplinary and grievance letters
“Maintaining HR records and internal database
“Checking employee right to work in the UK and ID
“Scanning confidential employee documentation onto an internal system
“Supporting the audit and governance team with accurate filing
“Supporting with generic administration within the department
Key Skills/Experience Required:
“Previous administration experience within an HR department is essential
“Excellent organisational and communication skills
“Ability to communicate at all levels
“Strong attention to detail
