Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Temporary until September 2017
Salary: £9 – 10 per hour
Location: Westwood Business Park, Coventry
An exciting opportunity has arisen for one of our clients to support on a temporary basis Customer Service Administrator.
o Handling incoming queries by phone and email from customers
o Advising customers in terms of options available to them
o Setting up new customers and sending them the relevant documentation
o Accurately updating and maintaining internal CRM
o General administration support as required
Key Skills/Experience Required:
o Proven experience within a customer service and administrative role is essential
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Organised and methodical in your approach to managing workload
o Enthusiastic, motivated individual with the ability to work alone and within a team environment
o Strong IT skills essential with CRM experience advantageous
The company can offer parking facilities onsite at their offices.
