Job Title: Customer Engagement Manager

Contract: Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Engagement Manager to join a rapidly expanding company who are market leaders in their field. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, optimistic person to join a new team. Spending time with customers, via the phone, to drive usage: with the clear objective of increasing transaction volume from their extensive existing customer base. Looking for someone with a clear and articulate phone manner, a commitment to great customer service and responds well to customer service targets whilst working as part of a team.

Key Duties:
*Making outbound calls to prospective clients
*Targeted on increasing existing client products and managing this process
*Identify opportunities to improve the service to the customers to ensure SLA’s are exceeded
*Ensure that all processes are documented and followed accurately
*Target calls within geographically sensitive areas to support contract renewals
*Collaborate on initiatives taken within the department and throughout the organisation

Experience Required:
*2 years in a customer facing telephone-based role
*Demonstrable experience in understanding software solutions
*Confident and clear communicator internally as well as externally.
*Pro-active attitude, ability to communicate consultatively and manage expectations
*Able to work unsupervised as well as part of a team

This role will require a strong phone ability coupled with excellent customer service skills.
