Job Title: Customer Service Co-ordinator
Hours: Full Time
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Co-ordinator for our prestigious client based in Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and reputable organisation in a busy and varied role.
*Responding to and resolving customer queries in a timely manner.
*Administer all paperwork relating to customer accounts, including finance documents and agreements.
*Liaise with the wider sales team, helping to provide support and resolve queries.
*Maintain strong relationships with customers and staff across all levels of the business, to deliver accurate reporting and maintain optimum levels of customer service.
*Contribute to the development of processes within the operational team.
*Monitor stocking facilities across the business.
Skills, experience and qualifications required
*An excellent communicator with the ability to communicate clearly.
*A numerate and accurate individual, with excellent attention to detail.
*A fast worker with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
*An excellent listener with the ability to offer effective solutions.
*A proficient user of Microsoft Office.
