Job Title:HR Administrator
Hours:Monday to Friday, between 30 – 37.5 hours per week
Salary:£8.50 – £9.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Our client is looking to recruit a HR Administrator to support the delivery of a professional and efficient HR service through provision of HR Administrative support.
The role requires the administrator to offer a confidential, efficient and professional service at all times. You will primarily be based at one site in Shirley, but you must be flexible to travel to alternative locations as required, all in the Solihull area.
*To facilitate and support the end to end recruitment process to include (but not limited to) shortlisting, interviews, pre-employment checks, inductions and training
*Assisting the leavers process
*To act as first point of contact for enquiries regarding recruitment and leavers
*Maintain accurate and up to date employee files
*General day to day personal management
*To provide ad hoc HR admin support as required
Skills and experience required:
*CIPD Level 3 qualified or above
*Previous experience of providing HR Admin support
*Strong IT skills
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Ability to work under own initiative
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise an ever-changing workload to meet required timeframes
