Job Title: HR Administrator

Salary:£18,000 – £19,000

Contract:6 months

Location:Birmingham

A high-profile organisation based on the outskirts of Birmingham is seeking a confident administrator with experience working within a busy HR department to provide an efficient and professional service within the organisation.
Working as part of the HR department, this is a busy and fast paced role that requires someone with up to date knowledge of HR practices and legislation that enjoys working in a professional environment. This is a 6 month fixed term contract, you must be available to start immediately.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

*Upkeep and maintain the HR System
*Preparing HR documentation including contracts of employments, production of offers and changes to terms and conditions
*Record and monitor sickness, respond to flexible working requests
*Providing first line advice and support in relation to HR policies and procedures
*Liaise with payroll
*Update and send out weekly vacancy lists
*Deal with general HR queries
*Assisting the HR Operations Manager in the delivery of key projects and monthly reports
*Contributing to improvements in the wider delivery of the HR support function

Experience required:

*Available immediately
*Previous administration experience, preferably within an HR department
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Good numeracy and analytical skills
